Returns Policy

At Harper Ivy London, we do our utmost to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you wish to return a product, please find our returns policy clearly outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
• Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
• Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Returns Process

1. Notify us of your return via info@harperivylondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).
3. You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or postage costs.

4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address has been provided, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
