Shipping
We ship all our UK orders with Royal Mail and trusted courier partners. Place your order before 3pm and it will be dispatched the very same day – with free delivery across the UK. That way, your order arrives quickly and at no extra cost.
Return
You can submit a return or exchange request within 7 business days from the order delivery date(For example. The tracking information shows which delivered in 10th,you could request a return & exchange before 18th.). Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Products that have been altered or damaged by customers are not eligible for return or exchange.
